Bio: Mike Sydal has made quite an impression on 3XW fans since his debut in 2008. The brother of WWE's Evan Bourne (Matt Sydal), Mike is a stand out himself. This exciting, high flying cruiserweight delivers plenty of enthusiasm & impressive moves in the ring.

He quickly formed a friendship with another high flying wrestler, Zach Thompson. Mike & Zach decided to make their friendship into an exciting tag team, now known as The High Flyers. The team ended the 11 month 3XW Tag Team title reign of The Gentlemen's Club (Gage Octane & Mark Sterling) in August of 2009.

He was voted the Pro Wrestling Illustrated Rookie of the Year in 2009, gaining 24% of the fans votes

The High Flyers were eventually defeated by Devin Carter & Casanova. 3XW Commissioner (Carter & Casanova's manager) forced Sydal and partner Zach Thompson into a Loser Leaves 3XW match in May 2010. Thompson came out on top in this match banishing Sydal from 3XWrestling.

In the fall of 2010, Thompson was able to beat Brian Ash in a match that allowed Mike Sydal back into 3XW.

Sydal is very active in the independent wrestling world. You can see him all over the country working for 3XWrestling, Ring of Honor, Dragon Gate USA, Metro Pro Wrestling and many more.
