In the past Biley has had altercations with the Gentlemen's Club - Gage Octane, Mark Sterling & 3XW Commissioner Todd Countryman. In November 2007 Biley ran out to confront Countryman, who had just cost Devin Carter the 3XW Heavyweight championship.During this confrontation Gage Octane grabbed Biley, Countryman gave Biley a low blow and then Octane finished him off with his patented Spine Tingler manuever.

In January 2008, Biley ran to the rescue of his daughter as she was having her 3XW 2007 Year End awards ripped up by Mark Sterling. Biley ran off Sterling and Countryman and later in the night got into a shoving match with Gage Octane, during his 3XW Heavyweight title defense. In February 2008 Biley's psyche apparently finally cracked as he got into a shoving match with Mark Sterling after the main event tag team match. This confrontation ended with Biley giving a devastating clothesline to Mark Sterling that cracked one of his front teeth. After this 3XW President Skylar Pierce suspended Biley from officiating at any 3XWrestling event. Biley had one thing on his mind and that is revenge on The Gentlemen's Club. In June 2008, he had that revenge with the help of his friends "Delicious" Devin Carter and Casanova.

After years of keep law and order in the ring all over the Midwest, and the pure lack of respect that the fans gave Biley for his tireless efforts, Biley turned to the one person he had come to realize had his back, even after all the troubles, 3XW Commissioner Todd Countryman. Now having the money, fame and international recognition as a member of Genesis, Biley will make sure that Genesis is treated as they should be, like Royalty.
